12 months against manufacturing defects in ferrules, handles, fibre bonding and workmanship.
Styling Tools
12 months on heating elements, electronics and wiring faults present from manufacture.
Accessories & Cases
12 months on structural and mechanical defects under normal use.
What's covered
- Structural manufacturing defects: ferrules loosening under normal use, handles splitting, fibre shedding far beyond normal break-in, faulty closures fitted at manufacture.
- Faulty electronics: styling tools that won't heat, dead switches, failing charging ports and wiring faults present from manufacture.
- Hardware failures not caused by wear: cracked combs and clips out of the box, defective hinges on cases and organizers.
What's not covered
- Damage from misuse: exposure to open flames, excessive heat beyond rated limits, or harsh solvents.
- Normal wear: bristle softening, handle finish wear, scuffs, stained or discoloured fibres from product use.
- Damage from improper cleaning or storage (mildew or residue buildup is not a manufacturing defect).
- Modifications or repairs performed by anyone other than our service team.
How to make a claim
- Get in touch. Email hello@corvenpeak.com with your order number, a description of the fault, and photos or a short video.
- We assess. We respond within 2 business days with next steps — most claims are settled from photos alone.
- Repair, replace or refund. We'll send a replacement part, replace with the same product, or refund — whichever gets you sorted fastest.
Proof of purchase (order number or account order history) is required. Warranty is provided by Corven Peak Provisions LLC and applies to purchases from corvenpeak.com. Professional buyers enjoy the same coverage on every unit.
