Delivery Information
We ship everywhere in the contiguous United States — Alaska, Hawaii and PO boxes included.
Standard Shipping
3–5 business days across the contiguous US. Alaska, Hawaii and remote ZIP codes may take 1–2 extra days.
Shipping Fee
Free on orders over $35.00. A flat $5.00 fee applies to smaller orders.
Large Orders
Studio and salon orders are packed and dispatched within 5–7 business days. We email you a delivery window before dispatch — see below.
How delivery works
- Order placed. Because payment is arranged offline, our team contacts you first to confirm payment and delivery details. Then we pick, inspect and pack your order; fragile items get double-boxed.
- Dispatch & tracking. You receive an order confirmation, then a tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves our Denver warehouse.
- Inspect on arrival. Open the box and check the contents. If anything looks wrong, let us know within 48 hours and we'll sort it immediately.
Large & recurring orders
Bulk orders for salons, studios and professional buyers are packed with extra protection and shipped with tracking on every carton. Before dispatch we email a delivery window so someone can receive the shipment. Large or recurring orders can be arranged on custom terms — email hello@corvenpeak.com.
Delivery hours & instructions
Carriers typically deliver during business hours on weekdays. Add delivery notes at checkout — gate codes, "leave with front desk", or a preferred drop location — and we pass them on. Business addresses are welcome.
Damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, photograph it before opening and contact us at hello@corvenpeak.com within 48 hours. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund — no quibbling.
