Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Corven Peak (corvenpeak.com), operated by Corven Peak Provisions LLC. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of terms

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a guardian's consent, to place an order. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

2. Product descriptions & pricing

We describe products and publish prices in US Dollars (USD) as accurately as we can; every order is charged in USD. Prices may change without notice, but the price shown when you place an order is the price you pay. Images are representative; colours and material texture can vary slightly between production batches, which is normal and not a fault. If we discover a pricing error on your order, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm or cancel.

3. Orders & payment

Placing an order creates an offer to buy. The order is accepted when we confirm dispatch. Payment is arranged offline: after you place an order, we will contact you to arrange payment and delivery, and no charge is made at checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, pricing is clearly in error, or we suspect misuse.

4. Delivery

We deliver across the United States, typically within 3–5 business days; large professional orders within 5–7 business days. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please inspect parcels on arrival and report transit damage within 48 hours. Full details are on our Delivery Information page.

5. Returns & refunds

You may return items within 30 days of delivery in original condition for a refund or exchange. Full conditions, procedures and exceptions are set out in our Returns & Exchanges policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Warranty

All products carry the 12-month retailer warranty described on our Warranty page, in addition to any manufacturer warranty. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded.

7. Professional buyers

Salons, studios and other professional buyers can request volume quotes and custom delivery arrangements by contacting hello@corvenpeak.com. Written quotes are valid for 14 days from the date issued.

8. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the site — text, images, logos and design — is owned by or licensed to Corven Peak Provisions LLC and may not be reused without written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from misuse of products. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, personal injury or death caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded.
